What's special
Texas students who rank in the top 5% of their high school class are admitted to the university automatically, for students entering in summer or fall 2027 and spring 2028.
The Texas Advance Commitment covers full tuition for Texas students with financial need from families earning up to $100,000, and gives partial help up to $125,000. There's no separate application; filing the FAFSA or TASFA is enough.
